We test every ingredient for 300+ common contaminants, including glyphosate, mycotoxins, heavy metals, pesticides, and herbicides.

We hold our protein to the same standard as every ingredient we use: cattle raised on pasture year-round, not seasonally, with sourcing that is third-party validated, not self-reported. Then we process as little as possible. Organs are freeze-dried at low temperature to protect their nutrients, with no heavy chemical processing and no heat on the ingredients that need it most. We do less on purpose, because it leaves more of the real food intact.

Chocolate: Rich chocolate from organic alkalized cocoa, sweetened only with organic coconut sugar. No artificial sweeteners. Mixes smooth into water or milk.
AB Complete Beef
Original (unflavored): A mild beef flavor, since there's no other flavoring added. The taste is fairly neutral, so it incorporates easily into whatever drink you'd like without affecting the taste. We intentionally left it unflavored so you can use it however you want. A lot of people have sensitivities, so we wanted the purest possible product with no flavors and no sweeteners, so anyone can thrive on it.
Chocolate: Rich chocolate with a slight gamey note. Some customers tell us they taste it, others say they don't notice it at all.
No! We strictly use freeze-drying, thermal, and mechanical processing to keep our ingredients clean and as natural as possible.
Our ABC Dairy recipe as of June 2026 includes milk and whey protein concentrates. Milk and whey protein concentrate are naturally low in lactose, and many people who struggle with dairy do fine with high-quality concentrates. This product contains milk. If you have a true milk allergy, it's not for you.
